Welcome to the New Crown Point

Crown Point Health Suites is a cherished part of the Lubbock community. Founded by the grandchildren of Ida Mae Jewell, our facility remains rooted in a commitment to serving others with compassion. We honor the legacy of the Jewell family and the values of excellence they instilled. These values continue to guide us today.

We are proud to share that Crown Point has joined the Foursquare Healthcare family.

Becoming part of this Texas network marks a growth period for our facility. With the shared resources and clinical expertise of Foursquare Healthcare, we remain committed to enriching the lives of every guest. We invite you to experience the hospitality and care that make Crown Point a trusted name.

Healthcare Without the Hospital Feel.

At Crown Point, we replaced long hallways with a small house model. Our community features four households: Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby, and Diamond. Each home has a dedicated team, a private kitchen, and a hearth. This structure ensures your recovery happens in a familiar place.

Our Three Pillars

  • A 65-Year Heritage: Founded by Ida Mae Jewell, we focus on putting people first.

  • Clinical Excellence: Our rehabilitation helps you return home faster.

  • Hospitality: We provide chef-prepared meals and quiet courtyards.
